By virtue of this consent the company Mon Perin d.d. Bale, Trg la Musa 2, OIB 06374155285 (hereinafter: Mon Perin) provides data on the processing of your personal data in the framework of the company’s operations and for the purpose of participating in the Mon Perin’s loyalty programme and for sending newsletters to programme’s customers as well as your rights with this respect, whereas you give your consent to the processing of such data.
To participate in the loyalty programme as a customer of services provided by Mon Perin I give my approval and consent to Mon Perin to collect, process, use and analyse my personal data indicated in this consent in accordance with the conditions and in the manner indicated hereafter.
Personal data collected by Mon Perin
For the purposes indicated above and to enable the customer to participate in the marketing and loyalty programmes of Mon Perin, as described hereafter, besides the already mentioned data, Mon Perin also collects my emails and telephone/mobile phone numbers, and for this purpose it can use my address to send contents on paper.
For sending newsletters Mon Perin collects my email address to send newsletters.

Purpose of the processing by way of provision of Mon Perin’s services and participating in the programme
Data are collected for the following purposes:
1. to identify the customer, to provide a quality service and enable record keeping of services provided in the framework of the loyalty programme (or outside the programme) and obtained when using the services, to obtain benefits under the loyalty programme and to profile my consumer trends for statistical purposes and for obtaining special promotions;
2. to protect persons and property;
3. for promotional purposes, to send promotional material, marketing information on offers, and notices on competitions and prize draws, as well as any other marketing information related to Mon Perin; to conduct surveys and research via email, SMS, promotional calls, and any other electronic means of communication, by sending contents on paper, provided I gave consent to sending promotional material.
Purpose of the processing for the purpose of sending newsletters
The emails are collected for the purpose of sending newsletters.
Means of the processing:
My personal data are processed by Mon Perin and external service providers – personal data processors of Mon Perin’s contractors, subject to legal,
– organisational and technical measures required to protect my personal data.
Data on used services of Mon Perin may be used to select the content of the marketing notices to be sent. The said processing activity involves profiling, yet not an automated decision-making. My data can be supplied to meet the law in force, but they can also be supplied to affiliated companies Mon Perin Castrum d.o.o., Maian d.o.o., Dandoli d.o.o., Plinio d.o.o. (Croatia), Freelancer Jasmina Cuccurin (Italy), as well as to share personal data of data subjects with Google Ireland, Facebook Ireland ltd., Instragam Inc.
Legal grounds for processing
Personal data are processed to comply with contractual obligations and law, to protect the employees, data subjects and any other person, to safeguard a legitimate business interest and by way of my consent in question and as a customer of the loyalty programme.
Personal data storage periods
Mon Perin stores my personal data in the period necessary to serve the purpose for which they were collected, usually during a contractual relationship and for any subsequent period as legally mandated or permitted by any applicable law. Mon Perin’s storage rules reflect the applicable limitation periods and legal requirements.
The data are erased immediately following:
1. my request to be excluded from the loyalty programme;
2. the elimination of the loyalty programme by Mon Perin;
3. the revocation of this consent;
The consent may be revoked in whole or in part; in part with respect to data necessary to participate in the loyalty programme, to participate in the marketing programmes and to send newsletters. Once this consent is revoked, Mon Perin shall not process data for which this consent was given and withdrawn and shall erase them.
MY RIGHTS AS CUSTOMER
Right to access personal data
I have the right to access my personal data and obtain confirmation by Mon Perin whether personal data concerning me are processed as well as information on the purposes of the processing, categories of personal data undergoing processing, recipients, storage period, my rights as a data subject with respect to rectification and erasure of personal data and processing limitations, right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority and any other relevant information for the processing. Unless I otherwise request, the information is given in electronic form by email.
Right to rectification
I have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning me.
Right to erasure
I have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning me, in which case my participation in the loyalty and marketing programmes may cease and I may stop receiving the newsletter, depending on the data whose erasure I requested.
Right to restriction of processing
I have the right to obtain from the controller restriction of processing of my data.
Right to object
I have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning me. I have a special right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning me for promotional purposes, that is, for sending promotional material, promotional notices and notices on competitions and prize draws as well as other promotional notices related to Mon Perin and its affiliated companies as well as for conducting surveys and research via email, SMS, promotional calls, and any other electronic means of communication, by sending contents on paper, and if I object to such processing, my personal data will not be processed for those purposes.
Right to data portability
I have the right to receive the personal data concerning me and transmit those data to another controller. Where technically feasible, the transfer shall be carried out by automated means. These rights shall be exercised in writing and addressed to Mon Perin or to the data protection officer whose contact details are provided on the controller’s website or available at the Mon Perin’s reception desks, that is, indicated in the introductory part of this consent.
